Ramiro II Cava Brut Nature
Out our selection of Cariñena vineyards we have produced this cava with wine fermentation temperature of 12-15ºC and 15-18ºC in the cellar.It stays a minimum of 9 months in bottle before disgorging.
Light yellow with greenish funds with adequate carbon bubble, elegant aromas of googd intensity and great complexity, with soft shades of good agind on lees.
n mouth appears dry and cool for its good acidity and pleasant carbonic, balanced and tasty.
