Anayón Parcela 81 2017

Anayón Parcela 81 belongs to our World Winemakers Collection in which american winemaker Joey Tensley joined this first edition.

Vinification: The vinification of the fruit from these exceptional plots is carried out individually in the traditional way, in open oak barrels and hand-pumped to maximise the essence of the terroir where the fruit was produced and its expressiveness. And the process prior to bottling culminates with a stage in a French oak barrel for three months.

Tasting notes: Cherry red colour. Aroma of ripe red fruits with floral tones and wild herbs. On the palate, ripe fruit, smooth, long-lasting tannins, full of flavour, varietal typical of the Garnacha, in an elegant version bursting with personality.
