Anayón Parcela 15 belongs to our World Winemakers Collection in which american winemaker Joey Tensley joined this first edition.
Vinification: The vinification of the fruit from these exceptional plots is carried out individually in the traditional way, in open oak barrels and hand-pumped to maximise the essence of the terroir where the fruit was produced and its expressiveness. And the process prior to bottling culminates with a stage in a French oak barrel for three months.
Tasting notes: Intense red colour with violet rim. Aromas of ripe fruit, spices, minerals, balsamic undertones. On the palate, balanced and with good acidity, long-lasting.
